CRM Marketing Manager - HubSpot Luxury business - B2B & B2C West London £50,000 A luxury brand based in West London is looking for a CRM & Digital Manager to join their growing Digital function. You will report to the Head of Digital and will be responsible for developing the CRM and email marketing channel to drive brand awareness, traffic, enquiries, new customer monetisation, and attributed revenue. You will lead on all things HubSpot, so previous experience with this is essential. You will also ideally have some experience in Digital Marketing, specifically in the Paid space. Responsibilities: Develop CRM structure and strategies to enhance customer data quality, categorisation, utilisation, and introduce automation to improve client experience throughout the lifecycle, providing more personalised experiences to customers. Plan & deliver email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and optimised email templates to drive improvement. Explore automated email flows - new subscriber confirmation, enquiry flow, and more. Improve customer lifecycle processes, customer segmentation, automated flows, and triggers. Work with the broader marketing, content, and sales teams to come up with new creative strategies utilising best practices and customer journey insights. Monitor results and optimise campaigns to meet KPI goals. Complete HubSpot implementation, working in close collaboration with the Head of Digital. Develop paid marketing channels to drive brand awareness, traffic, and new enquiries. Experience: In-depth experience using HubSpot. Ideally, 4+ years of experience in the luxury or arts space within CRM, Digital, and Email. Background in email marketing, marketing automation, lead nurturing, customer personas, and CRM management. Comfortable with data and analytics for reporting. Passion for CRM and Digital. B2C and B2B experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
