An exciting opportunity has arisen for an energetic and innovative CRO Manager to join the Ecommerce Team at daals.

As the CRO Manager, you will be responsible for the look and feel of the website. You will be the owner of our experimentation program, ensuring user research is conducted to plan, design, test, measure and implement initiatives that will reduce the friction within the customer journey.

You will work alongside various stakeholders ensuring the smooth, efficient and timely execution of new initiatives to bring value to the customer.

Responsibilities

• Experience collaborating with the wider team to present research insights, conduct internal workshops, prioritise initiatives across all areas of the website.


• Experience managing and prioritising a roadmap for CRO.


• Experience prioritising experiments.


• Collaborating with the Brand and Development functions to design, develop, test and launch experiments.


• Experience running a/b tests.


• Present complex analytical outcomes to key stakeholders including documentation, analytics reports, findings and recommendations.

What you need to have

• Experience debugging experiments for analytical purposes


• Experience using experimentation statistics


• Experience running personalisation experiments


• Solid knowledge of Analytics, Optimize or any other experimentation tool, Hotjar, Tag Management.

Daily, weekly, monthly updates of on flight projects and initiatives.

As the CRO Manager you have already managed an experimentation program for an ecommerce company successfully and delivered frictionless customer journey that convert better. Stakeholder Management is key, and an assertive nature is required for successful delivery.
