level, hence this critical appointment of a
CRO & UX Lead.
Role:
As
CRO & UX Lead
you will hold he responsibility for building on the initial UX foundations that are currently in place across Digital and deliver the very best in customer experience. Working closely with several different departments the
CRO & UX Lead
you will be tasked with designing CRO strategy, and taking those ideas through concept, design and testing all based on thorough research and data insight. The end result of this hard work will be to ensure that the customer journey
is best in class and is optimised and engaging across all channels.
As the
CRO & UX Lead
you will be joining a company investing heavily within User experience and will take on a small but knowledgeable team across CRO. This insight and data will allow you to plan CRO strategy and drive development and enhancements
across their platforms. If you are an experienced UX & CRO Manager looking for a challenge of helping a household brand in developing this user journey and keen to take on responsibility for quality and standards this is a fantastic job for you.
Essential Skills :
Highly skilled and experienced UX & CRO Manager, ideally with experience of Ecommerce and Retail.
Have a solid background of using Adobe Target
Strong team player and communicator who is able to educate all areas of the business on the importance of CRO & UX
