Job Role: Crop Sprayer / General Worker

We are looking for a dedicated Crop Sprayer / General Worker to join the team. This is a vital role that focuses on our soft fruit production to ensure the delivery of high-quality, first-class fruits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spraying and herbicide crops to a high standard


• Ensuring the safe and correct application of chemicals


• Transporting fruit and other products between locations


• Mowing and shredding


• Working efficiently as part of a team, with a flexible attitude to assist when needed


• Ensuring 100% compliance with Health and Safety, Environmental Health Legislation, and Modern Slavery policies and procedures

Person Specification:

• Essential: Category B (Car) Driving Licence


• Desirable: Spray Qualifications - PA1 & PA2 (Can support to achieve these qualifications)


• Great communicator


• Able to manage multiple priorities


• Ability to work under pressure

Work Environment:

7-days-a-week operation and overtime available.
