Base Salary Up To $200,000 + Bonus + Stock (After One Year)

We have recently partnered with a start-up based in New York that is shaking up the trading space. The company has their own trading system that is connected to all the established crypto exchanges globally.

They currently have <20 employees. If you are looking to work somewhere with talent density, this one is for you. All employees have impeccable backgrounds (Stamford, BOA, Two Sigma etc.)

The new client is looking for several Quantitative Crypto Traders/Market Makers to join their team in the heart of NYC.

Your role will include researching Cefi/Defi Markets, Protocols, and Strategies. Designing and deploying algo trading strategies to production & more. You will also be hands-on coding, this can be done in any programming language. Current employees are using C++, Golang and Rust.

General requirements include the below:

• STEM Degree from Top University

• Experience or general interest in Defi/Trading
\n
• Proven Positive ROC (Not Test Data)
\n
• Excellent written and verbal English
\n

This role is mainly On-Site in New York with 4 days in the office per week. Relocation packages are available.
