You'll receive:

* A salary of £22907p.a. pro rata for the length of the contract.

Your typical day as an Installations Planner:

Our Customer Service Centre Installation Planners are the heart of our planning operation for our field based Installation Technicians. No two days are the same! You'll act as a first point of contact for Innserve's colleagues and customers, planning and scheduling daily activities for our installations and maintenance teams. You'll take the lead in building strong relationships with customers, supporting them with outstanding customer care. Ensuring our teams work to agreed timescales, you'll be using a range of innovative tech to help you do this. You'll collaborate with a people across the business and your suggestions to improve any processes are encouraged and welcomed. You'll already have:

* Confident communication skills, by phone, email, in person and webchat, and an ability to build effective business relationships with stakeholders including field engineers and customers.

* Experience in administration, CRM Systems, MS Office including Excel, customer service, call centre or contact centre.

* The flexibility to support colleagues and to work with changing priorities, to achieve the wider team goals.
