CSCS Multitrader

Hill McGlynn is pleased to partner with a leading residential builder to recruit a Multi-Trader for an exciting new project in Hythe.

This is a great opportunity for a versatile and experienced tradesperson to contribute to a high-profile project as part of a professional and dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Performing a range of skilled tasks, including carpentry, tiling, plastering, and basic plumbing.


• Ensuring high-quality workmanship across all tasks.


• Assisting with snagging and finishing works as required.


• Identifying and resolving issues efficiently.


• Working collaboratively with site management and other trades.


• Adhering to site health and safety regulations.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a multi-trader in residential construction.


• Proficiency in a variety of trades, such as carpentry, tiling, and plastering.


• Valid CSCS card (essential).


• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Punctual, reliable, and committed to quality.

Role Details:

• Start Date: Immediate.


• Location: Hythe


• Duration: Ongoing.


• Pay: £19 - £20 per hour (CIS pay).
