Role Overview As CTO, you will play a critical role in leading our technology strategy and driving innovation across our payment solutions. You will be responsible for overseeing the global technology function, building and managing a talented team, and ensuring the continuous development and improvement of their technological capabilities. Responsibilities Develop and execute the company's technology vision and strategy to drive innovation and competitive advantage in the payments industry. Lead the technology team, providing guidance and support to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and operations, to align technology initiatives with business goals. Oversee the design, development, and implementation of scalable and secure payment solutions. Evaluate and identify emerging technologies (particularly AI), trends, and industry best practices to continually enhance our product offerings and systems. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and security protocols. Manage technology budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships effectively. Requirements Proven experience as a CTO or similar technology leadership role, ideally in the payments, fintech, or a related technology industry. Demonstrated experience developing and executing strategic technology initiatives that drive business growth and innovation. Proven track record of managing and leading high-performing technology teams. Deep knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices, with experience in Agile development. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to navigate complexity and drive results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
