Salary Management Fixed Point 40: £44,817 per annum.

The Role

Are you passionate about transforming the lives of young people who are NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) and those with additional needs? We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Curriculum Manager to lead our Future Focus (NEETS) & Supported Internship programmes, ensuring high-quality, engaging, and impactful learning experiences.

As Curriculum Manager, you will:

• Develop and oversee engaging, inclusive curricula tailored to at risk of becoming NEET, NEET learners and supported interns.
• Ensure outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment that lead to positive progression outcomes.
• Lead and inspire a team of tutors, job coaches, and support staff.
• Build strong employer and stakeholder partnerships to create meaningful work placement opportunities.
• Monitor performance, compliance, and funding requirements to maintain excellence.

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience in curriculum design and management within the NEET/SEN/Supported Internship sector.
• A strong understanding of employability skills, vocational education, and inclusion strategies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to build relationships with employers, local authorities, and education partners.
• Knowledge of funding streams such as ESFA, Supported Internships, and AEB is desirable.
