The Role:

University College Birmingham is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Curriculum Manager to provide leadership and the day-to-day management of the English and maths teams. You will be working with dedicated professionals who share your passion for education.

In addition to previous experience working in a Further Education (FE) or similar environment we are also looking for:
Proven experience in educational leadership, specifically in English and maths.
Strong track record of improving student outcomes.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Passionate about education and committed to making a difference.
