Pertemps Swindon are currently recruiting for Customer Account Manager to join our growing Logistics client in West Berkshire, RG17.
About the Customer Account Manager job:
- Responsible for the day to day management of selected customer accounts within a busy logistics environment
- Liaise with the warehouse to ensure customer orders and received and on schedule
- Control supplies and assist in the ordering of packaging and products for particular accounts
- Ensure invoices are raised and issued in time
- Provide excellent customer service to all accounts
The successful Customer Account Manager:
- Proven experience within a customer account facing position
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively at a range of levels both internally and externally
- Working knowledge of a busy Logistics environment
