We are looking for a dedicated Customer Care Administrator to join our dynamic team and be the face of our operations.
As the Customer Care Administrator you will be working a rotating shift basis as follows:
Week 1 - Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm
Week 2 - Monday to Friday 2pm - 10pm
Overtime is available !!
As a Customer Care Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for drivers and nominated transport companies.
Your responsibilities will include signing in drivers, managing delivery paperwork, directing drivers to the warehouse.
You will also be responsible for being the key liaison between customers and the warehouse, you'll manage all order processing from start to finish, ensuring every detail is handled with precision.
Your excellent communication skills will help you address queries, coordinate with the warehouse team, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Looking after around 70 customer accounts, you will build relationships with key contacts, booking orders, handling invoicing and updating systems.
You will complete all administration tasks related to Goods in and Goods out and ensure smooth dispatch operations.
