The Role: As a Customer Care Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our UK Walling customers, ensuring they receive world-class service. You'll handle sales orders, manage delivery requirements, resolve technical queries, and support our sales team. You'll also keep up-to-date with product information and use our CRM system to add critical data.
