My well established client has over 40 years experience within their industry and is looking for proactive, motivated individuals that want to work in a busy and varied role. This role offers the opportunity to work in a customer focused position taking inbound calls and scheduling technicians. Plenty of opportunity for progression and open minded to speak with candidates with or without experience.�
ALL TRAINING PROVIDED. NO INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE NEEDED.�
Job Responsibilities:�

• Communicate with clients and provide excellent customer service.


• Record client interactions and service requests using our internal systems.


• Help schedule and organise service visits, ensuring efficient use of time.


• Assist in facilitating communication between clients, technicians, and managers.


• Manage emails and support tickets in a professional and timely manner.


• Maintain high standards of customer care and attention.


• Contribute to team goals through hard work and dedication.


• Perform additional customer service and administrative tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:�

• Computer literate�


• Strong communication skills�


• Can manage own time and prioritise tasks�
