Holchem provides a unique technical hygiene service to the Food and Service Industries. /p p strong Role Summary: /strong /p p An exciting opportunity has become available to join a fast-paced customer care function as a Customer Care Representative, working with a team of Customer Care Representatives supporting the Customer Care Manager on a range of Customer faced duties. /p p This would be an excellent opportunity for a pro-active, hardworking individual to gain in-depth knowledge of the wider sales function. /p p strong Hours of Work: /strong /p p Monday-Thursday: 9am-5pm /p p Friday: 9am-4pm /p p strong Key Responsibilities /strong /p ul li To work together with other members of the Customer Care Department to ensure that the standard of service and support to Kersia personnel and their customers is of the highest consistency and quality. /li li To answer the telephone in an efficient and pleasant manner /li li Develop relationships with customers and sales consultants. /li li To process sales orders placed by customers via telephone, email, fax, and EDI. /li li To process sales reports for both customers and field-based employees /li li Set up new customers after consultation with the finance department. /li li To deal with telephone enquiries from customers and field-based employees /li li General admin duties as required. /li li To maintain or have maintained all company property including computers, printers and telephones as required and to maintain their security. /li li To always present themselves and the company in a professional manner /li li The ideal candidate will be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work to deadlines and be able to effectively manage their workload /li li To cover Reception as and when necessary. /li /ul p strong Skills and Experience Required /strong /p ul li Have previous experience working within Customer Care. /li li Experience of working in a busy environment. /li li Demonstrate excellent organisation, attention to detail and workload management. /li li Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. /li li Excellent verbal and written communication skills. /li li Good arithmetic skills. /li li Computer literate with strong Excel and Outlook skills. /li li Can work within a team environment to achieve team/department objectives. /li li Ability to be proactive and work independently. /li /ul p strong Desirable Skills /strong /p ul li Systems requirements – Navision experience would be preferred. /li li Experience in manufacturing environment. /li /ul
