Salary: �24,000 - �26,000
Start Date: 26th March 2025
Shifts: Monday to Sunday, 8 AM - 8 PM (8-week rotational shift pattern)

What We're Looking For:

• At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as in contact centers, financial services, or retail/hospitality
• Proven success in handling sensitive, complex customer situations with care
• A calm, professional approach, especially when dealing with emotional or high-pressure scenarios
• Flexibility to work within an 8-week rotational shift pattern, covering Monday to Sunday, 8 AM to 8 PM

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers submitting insurance claims
• Gather all necessary information to ensure claims are processed smoothly
• Provide emotional support and reassurance, maintaining a compassionate approach in difficult situations
• Organise additional services, such as car hire, when required
