Location : Glasgow City Centre

Salary: �22.5K + commission

Monday to Friday: 35 hours per week, shift rotation 8-4 or 12-8 No weekends!!

CCA Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a fantastic Financial Services organisation in Glasgow City Centre with their latest recruitment drive. We are looking to speak with individuals who have a strong customer service background and can demonstrate empathy, good communication skills and great listening skills, whether you come from contact centre, retail or other.

You will be responsible for:

• Providing customers with solutions to their financial difficulties
• Take ownership of customer accounts
• Excellent negotiation skills and empathy required
• Dealing with vulnerable customers

Your sole purpose is to help support customers in financial difficulties and help them back to financial health as quickly as possible, you'll be there to help them find the right way forward and to help get them back on track. This could mean finding the best solution, providing the customer with the financial advice and helping the customer set up a repayment plan. You will speak with customers via telephone and emails, the focus will be finding the best outcome for each customer you speak too.
