Customer Coordinator



Doncaster DN2, up to �26k



Customer Services / Coordinator; duties include:



As part of a team of 2 and reporting to the Customer Services Manager, you will work closely with other departments including finance and purchasing as well as liaising regularly with production, sales and planning



You will take calls from customers and handle their query from first contact to resolution, arranging for the mobile engineer to visit them when needed



Communicating clearly and positively with all other departments and updating the system accurately



The customers are often repeat and so you will get to know them, building relationships and going the extra mile to resolve issues in conjunction with your colleagues



Customer Services / Coordinator; requirements:



Experienced in handling customer care issues over the phone and via email



Adept at coordinating activities to ensure satisfactory results



Confidence communicating with other departments both over the phone and in person



Accuracy with data entry is essential, attention to detail



Capable with MS Office including Excel as well as Google Docs

Salary: Up to �26k



Hours: 40 hours per week



Hours: 8 hours per day 8:30am and 5pm



Holidays: 20 holidays per year plus bank holidays, this increases by 1 per full year for 3 years
