Customer Data Analyst Retailer £40,000 - £50,000 London | Hampshire 2 days in the office a month The Role:A leading UK retailer are looking for a CRM Analytics Manager to join their digital and data transformation. They have recently appointed 3 senior leaders in the world of CRM, Digital and Data and are now looking for further grow the teams.As part of the Analytics and Data Science team and reporting to the Analytics Manager, the Data Analyst will deliver high-quality analysis and insights. They will collaborate with diverse stakeholders to enhance customer understanding across the organization, contributing to the development of future strategies, improving customer experience, increasing engagement, driving revenue, and optimizing business efficiencies.Technically they operate a Snowflake and DataBricks environment, leveraging SQL to extract data and R and Python for modelling and statistical analysis, building code and tools. They also have PowerBI for data visualization, but any similar tool will be considered. As Customer Data Analyst you will:Develop analyses to understand customers, CRM & Loyalty, marketing performance, and broader retail insight needs.Support the delivery of information on "The health of the customer," including growth contributions, cohort analysis, and churn rates.Produce PIRs for Loyalty schemes and CRM activities, identifying opportunities and providing informed recommendations.Develop forecasts and measure campaign performance across marketing channels, evaluating true incrementality, ROI, and the contribution to the exclusive brand mix.Perform deep-dives and incremental analyses to generate actionable insights.Actively participate in the wider data community, collaborating with the group data team and other banners across the organization.Experience:You have experience with SQL and working with large, complex data sets.You are familiar with cloud-based analytical platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, and Google BigQuery.You have experience in designing and analysing marketing campaigns, using customer data to uncover key insights and drive business change.You possess strong attention to detail and are committed to ensuring the accuracy of your work.You understand the importance of Data Governance and maintaining high Data Quality.You have a basic understanding of customer behavioural analysis and omnichannel personalization, and are eager to explore these areas further.If you're interested in this Customer Data Analyst role please apply below...
