We’re looking for someone with 5+ years leading a small team of customer service / customer experience / administration professionals.
The Role:
* Manage to day-to-day running of the customer experience team, leading a team of 6 customer service administrators (growing to 10)
* On-boarding clients, answering customer queries
* Be a key advocate of everything customer service, looking for new ways to improve
* Work to SLAs, ensure client expectations are managed confidently
* Provide training and support, regular 1-2-1’s, and the delivery of all team KPI’s and performance
We are looking for:
* 5+ years’ experience in customer service / customer experience
* Someone who has managed a small team of customer service / administrators
* An excellent attention to detail and a real passion for problem solving
* Elite communicator and motivator with great leadership skills
* Dynamic and flexible approach, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
