Woodrow Mercer Healthcare Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Experience Advisor to support a Digital Healthcare organisation based in the Midlands.

Location: Warwick | Office-based with weekend remote working
Salary: £27,000 basic + commission (salary review every 6 months based on performance)

Role Overview:
We are looking for aCustomer Experience Advisorwith a strong background in telesales or field sales to oversee the full customer journeyfrom converting inbound leads to service delivery. This is a 360 role, where youll conduct care assessments, recruit PAs, deploy services, and build lasting relationships with customers. Youll also play a key role in generating referrals by building partnerships with local services, taking ownership of your region and treating it like your own business.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead management and sales: Handle inbound leads and referrals with efficiency and enthusiasm.
Conduct consultative sales conversations to fully understand customer care needs.
Present tailored care solutions and close sales effectively.
Recruitment & Deployment: Actively source and recruit personal assistants to meet customer care requirements in your region.
Utilise creative recruitment methods (e.g., job boards, social media, outreach) to find high-quality candidates.
Promote the benefits of joining the digital platform to secure the best talent
Ensure seamless deployment of services to customers.
Account Management: Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and retention.
Manage relationships between customers and personal assistants to maintain service quality.
Resolve any customer issues promptly and effectively to ensure a positive experience.
Business Development: Build partnerships with healthcare providers, local authorities, and community organisations to generate referrals.
Network within your region to establish the organisation as the go-to care platform.
Ownership and Growth: Treat your region as your own business, driving sales and service excellence.
Contribute to growth by identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.

What Were Looking For:
Sales Experience:A minimum of 2 years in telesales, field sales, or a similar sales-driven role.
Target-Driven:A proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Entrepreneurial Mindset:Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of independently managing your region.
Exceptional Communication Skills:The ability to persuade, negotiate, and build rapport with customers and partners.
Resilience and Adaptability:Able to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday:Office-based.
Weekends:Remote working (on a rota basis).
