Customer Experience Ambassador & Team Leader

We are seeking a hand's on dynamic Team Leader to join a fantastic small team as a Senior Customer Experience Ambassador. In this role, you will lead by example, working with and driving the team to achieve exceptional results. You will be responsible for processing quotes, orders, and enquiries for one of our brand categories, working closely with the Sales Manager and Marketing team to tailor brand promotions and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead inspire and motivate a small team, ensuring effective communication and timely completion of all tasks.
Deliver exceptional Customer Service - handle incoming calls and email enquiries, providing technical support for a specific brand while retaining as many calls as possible to free up the external sales team.
Act as the Account Manager to existing customers and convert enquiries into sales orders.
Identify larger opportunities for the external sales team.
Conduct outbound calls for quote follow-ups
Develop a deep understanding of brand products to recommend solutions and act as a brand ambassador.
Process customer quote requests and orders, manage back-orders, and collaborate with the fulfilment team on scheduling.
Maintain accurate records in NetSuite ERP, including database and contact management, raising cases, processing returns, and updating prices when required.
