In this pivotal role, you'll be the lifeline connecting with their customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. You will be working with highly skilled and trained Customer Service Specialists and the business working towards the vision of being the best car insurance provider, using their best-in-class technology and a customer-centric approach to disrupt the market.
