It is personal to all of us.” – Julie Sweet, Accenture CEOIn our team you will learn:To work with and manage client challenges and opportunities in a dynamic, fast paced national environment.The management of complex identity deliveries from conception to sign offEnhance your existing skill sets to refine your identity and access management knowledge and define ground breaking technologiesInnovation mindset to secure our clients fast-changing technology environment against today’s and tomorrow’s threats to drive business outcomesAs a Security Consultant, you will:Be client facing to interact closely with the client to help resolve client challengesSupport complex Identity & Access Management/ Digital Identity deliveries across industry groups, working with global teamsSupport the practice in various new initiatives across the firm, including innovation and go-to-marketThe following skills and experience are essential for this role:Essential Skills:18 months of experienceUnderstanding of the customer identity and access governance (CIAM) suite and the best practices, with experience of having an CIAM solution implementedHave work experience in leading vendors e.g. ForgeRock, Okta, Ping, TransmitCritical thinking and advisory – diagnose and curate options to address problems to leadershipExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate to technical and nontechnical audiencesPossess strong organisational skills to execute work product timely and to quality; where applicable help team facilitate management and tracking of large and sometime complex projectsHave developed and maintained operational documents, e.g. run books, user training,  break-glass process, etc.Desirable skills:People management, have worked in multi-national teamsExperience with building custom connectors to integrate with other applicationsCertification in ForgeRock/Ping, Okta,  or any other Customer Identity Access Management softwareKnowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC, 27001, COBIT, and NIST, including 800-53 and the Cybersecurity FrameworkExperience on PowerBI, Active DirectoryCloud hosting architecture, onboarding cloud accounts / CASBSet yourself apart:Client relationship management skillsEntrepreneurial / innovation experienceWhat’s in it for youAt Accenture in addition to a competitive basic salary, you will also have an extensive benefits package which includes 25 days’ vacation per year, private medical insurance and 3 extra days leave per year for charitable work of your choice!Flexibility and mobility are required to deliver this role as there may be requirements to spend time onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery of the first-class services we are known for.
