Job Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
Manage and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure customer needs are met.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues.
Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies.
Support the training and onboarding of new team members.
Contribute to a positive team environment and promote collaboration.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer service or coordination role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Experience in training or mentoring team members is a plus.
A relevant qualification in customer service or business administration is desirable.
