About the Role:

 

As a Trainee Customer Support (Customer Onboarder), you will be the primary contact for their subscribers, ensuring they have a positive experience and get the most out of their subscriptions. This role requires you to learn all about their subscription products and gain a detailed understanding of the offshore energy sector. You will also be responsible for reporting feedback to relevant departments to continuously improve our services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining good relationships with members.

  • Provide comprehensive knowledge on all subscriptions to assist with any customer enquiry.

  • Support the sales team with various tasks.

  • Report customer feedback, concerns, and issues to the Sales Manager and other relevant departments.

  • Manage subscription renewals.

  • Efficiently record incoming email and phone enquiries.

  • Exhibit excellent telephone skills with a persuasive demeanour.

  • Utilise Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher effectively.

  • Gather market and customer information to support sales activities.


 

Experience and Skills Required:

 


  • Previous customer service experience in an office environment.

  • Proficient computer skills, ideally with experience in a computer-based role.

  • Experience in contacting businesses both over the phone and face-to-face.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


 

Working Hours and Benefits:

 


  • Full-time, office-based role (37.5 hours per week) in Lowestoft, Suffolk.

  • Competitive salary c£23,625.00, based on experience.
