Looking for a customer focused role within a well established and global company?
You will be a key office-based support and responsible for providing assistance across the business.
Your main role will be:
- receiving and processing of customer orders
- communicating with customers - inbound and outbound - in relation to delivery lead times or update on other matters
- liaising with our sales team to help boost sales opportunities
- logging any customer queries and help investigation to resolve
You will need:
- a professional telephone manner
- strong customer focus
- data entry/order processing skills
- good all-round level of PC literacy and willing to learn new systems
Hours of work
- Week 1 - 8:30am - 4:30pm
- Week 2 - 9am - 5pm
