Escape Recruitment Services Commercial Division are recruiting for our client, a fast-paced FMCG Supply Chain organisation based in North Lanarkshire.

We have an excellent opportunity to join the Customer Service team on a permanent basis, this role is based on site but there is flexibility to work over 4 or 5 days, whatever your preference is!

Responsibilities Include:

  • Liaise with customers and suppliers to schedule goods onto site and update the incoming goods schedule.
  • Provide and upload reports to communicate receipts to suppliers.
  • Create and issue pick lists to the warehouse team.
  • Gather and communicate daily production information to customers.
  • Prepare scanning sheets to enable warehouse teams to locate finished stock.
  • Coordinate dispatch requests with customers and schedule outgoing goods.
  • Provide and upload reports to communicate dispatches to suppliers.
  • Reconcile and report on stock.
  • Submit compliance data.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Strong administration experience, ideally within a similar Sales Administration, Customer Planning, Production &/or Logistics Administration role.
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
  • Numerate, detail-oriented, and accurate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Confident IT skills in MS Excel and ERP &/or CRM systems.
