We are recruiting a CRM Manager to join the team of an exciting think tank within the not for profit sector, based in central London. The main purpose of the role, will be to implement and manage the organisation's database of contacts and communications, ensuring the integrity of their data, making sure data is clean and up to date, while training other members of staff to use the system.What you will do:This role will work across different teams. You will ensure the CRM is fit for purpose and that data is accurately captured to track and report on the organisation's engagement activities.Implementing design changes to CRM core architecture in order to meet the organisation's development needs.Investigating and analysing reported defects; creating unit test plans, scripts and test harnesses and developing user interfacesTraining staff and creating user guidesProviding reporting and analysis to users and managementWe are looking for:An individual who is confident in CRM administration and developmentExperience within CRM projects and process management and in managing projects from conception and scoping through to completionComfortable running workshops and training at all levelsA creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skillsIf this sounds like you, do not hesitate to apply!
