CRM Specialist This leading finical services company that has just gone live based in London are looking for a Head of Sales Operations to join their team on a FTC contract up to 12 monthsThe role covers all aspects of change management including liaising with relevant stakeholders, documenting requirements, managing the end-to-end project and CRM updates. The role will also be responsible for defining relevant reporting and dashboards for stakeholders across the organization.You will ideally haveMinimum 2 years experience in either working in financial services, working in a regulatory reporting role.Working in a change management roleKnowledge of CRM ToolKnowledge of Change Management life cycleKnowledge of regulatory reporting regulations objectives and obligationsKnowledge of the reporting processCurrently taking CVs and interviewing immediately
