Your Responsibilities �
- Ensuring that the needs of the customers are being satisfied consistently and that excellence in customer service is promoted throughout the organisation.
- Managing and monitoring Key Account Customers and ensuring compliance with all agreed company policies.
- Providing shipment specific updates where required and escalating all client issues to the management team.
- Completing and sending client reports/KPIs/QBR and investigation reports in accordance with specific client requirements.
- Understanding client tariffs and handle quotations/pricing requests/shipping queries.
- Monitoring live bookings and customs invoice/shipping approvals.
- Identifying and implementing strategies to improve quality of service and productivity.
- Monitoring client profit and loss accounts to maintain agreed levels of profitability.

Your Skills And Experiences �
- Experience in logistics preferably in a customer focused role
- Experience in Air and Road logistics is highly advantageous' and experience in Pharma is preferable
- Good computer skills, Word/Excel/PowerPoint essential
- Ability to work successfully under pressure and excellent time management skills
- Great communication skills with strong self-motivation ability
- Analytical thinking with good numeric/ financial ability
