Duties & Responsibilities
* Addressing customer questions, concerns, and complaints in a friendly and efficient manner.
* Assisting customers in making purchasing decisions, upselling products, and meeting sales targets.
* Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
* Handling any issues that arise during the sales process or after a purchase.
* Staying informed about the products and services offered to provide accurate information to customers.
Skills & Experience
* Excellent Customer Service skills
* Excellent communication skills
* A people person, confident of getting out there and speaking to people about products
* Knowledge of Microsoft systems
