Customer Service Administrator

Immediate Start

Temporary to Permanent

40 hours per week between 8 am - 5 pm Monday to Friday

Transport Required due to location

£24,000 per annum

Our client, a leader in distribution services, is seeking a customer focused individual to join their busy team.

Main Tasks:

• Utilise the CRM system to collate records and track customer complaint resolutions


• Keep customers updated


• Deal with customer queries


• Oversee booking in of delivery times and follow up on timed deliveries


• Provide quotes to customers

Person Spec

• GCSE's at grade A - C in English Language and Maths or equivalent


• Previous experience of working within an office based customer focused environment


• Must be a team player


• Accurate Data entry skills


• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal


• Able to work at pace


• The ability to prioritise your workload effectively


• Sound IT skills
