Customer Service Advisor
Temporary role for 6 months initially
Milton Keynes 2 days in the office, 3 days from home.
Working hours: 37 hours per week. Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:00 with a 1 hour lunch break
My client, a luxury automotive brand, is looking for a Customer Service Administrator who is passionate about providing the highest level of customer satisfaction.
The main purpose of the role is to establish a customer’s intentions as they near the end of their finance contract, helping facilitate an efficient end of contract experience. This may be through the return of the vehicle or arranging a continuance of contractual obligations. The process is co-ordinated via both telephone and email, and can involve multiple parties
