I am looking for two temporary Customer Service Administrators to support a client with a temporary project for two to four weeks in September.
My client needs two customer service administrators to support their large team of field-based staff with the integration to a new IT system. The role will involve answering calls and emails from field-based staff, resetting passwords, sending log in links and general ad hoc support.
Full training will be provided but the successful candidates will have strong telephone-based customer service skills, administration experience and good attention to detail.
This is a short-term temporary role commencing on Monday 2nd September, working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with a pay rate of �12ph.
