- At least 1 year of experience in a customer or client-facing role.
- Proficient in IT with the ability to learn and use new systems effectively.
- Consistent performance, conduct, and attendance in current role.

What will a day in this role look like?
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with operational teams and clients to meet service delivery expectations.
- Process tickets and queries according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including Data Protection, Information Security, Health & Safety, Dignity at Work, and IT Acceptable Use.
- Manage ticketing process by raising and following up on tickets within required turnaround time to resolve screening queries.
- Apply pre-approvals and obtain authorisation for any additional costs as needed.
- Raise discrepancy notifications to clients as appropriate.
- Provide frontline administrative support to clients, including timely responses to phone/email queries, screening updates, and re-opening screenings.
- Resolve minor client complaints and escalate complex issues to the Operational Team Leader or Client Relationship Manager (CRM).
- Document and escalate recurring or avoidable issues to the Operational Team Leader or CRM for resolution.
- Educate and encourage clients to use the business' platform for self-service.
