Customer Services Administrator, up £26,500, Eynsham

Due to location you must be able to drive and have access to your own car.

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our computerised systems.

* Assist customers with product information, order processing, and resolving any issues they may encounter.

* Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of queries.

* Perform data entry tasks and clerical duties as required to support the administrative functions of the office.

* Utilise QuickBooks for invoicing and financial record-keeping as needed.

* Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling customer calls professionally.

* Organise and prioritise workload effectively to meet deadlines.

Skills

* Proficiency in QuickBooks and Google Suite is highly desirable.

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.

* Excellent administrative skills, including data entry and clerical tasks.

* Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications.

* Familiarity with office procedures and practices, ensuring smooth operations within the team.

* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
