We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation providing essential administrative support. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail, who can manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Answer customer calls and questions
  • Manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation
  • Maintain organised filing systems for both physical and digital records.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments as required.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and postal mail, ensuring prompt responses.
  • Assist with any additional clerical duties as needed to support the team.


Skills

  • Experience within an office environment (6 months plus)
  • Experience dealing with customers (6 months plus)
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to commute to Ipswich 5 days a week
