Job title: Customer Service Administrator

Contract: Full time, permanent

Location: Princes Risborough

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (1 hour for lunch)

Hybrid working: 4 days at home, 1 day in the office

Salary: �23,000 per annum

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and providing efficient administration support to the Membership and Engagement Team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Accurate maintenance of database and paper records.
  • Archive membership and events-related documents as per company policy.
  • Provide admin support to the team and team leader.
  • Resolve booking issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Effectively respond to queries related to the membership standards and events, via email, web chat, and phone.
  • Communication with the Membership Panel to assist in coordinating availability for application reviews.
  • Apply operating procedures for the administration of individuals and corporate membership applications from the UK and oversees applications. This includes reviewing and processing applications, supporting the entire process from submission to issuing results, and handling any feedback.

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in a customer service role with excellent communication skills
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
