My client who is a leading Financial Services company are based in Bromley are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their passionate customer centric team. This role is to provide administrative support to all from initial customer contact through to completion.

Role & Responsibilities

Taking customer calls, assessing enquiries and responding to requests
Responding to customers correspondence by letter and email
Liaising with Customers, third parties and internal departments
Process all applications on the system in line with procedures
Work as a team and ensure customers receive an outstanding service Essential Skills & Experience

Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with working with computer programs
Strong attention to details and organisation skills
Work well with in a teamPackage

£21,000 - £23,000
