Customer Service Administrator
Monday to Friday - 7am to 4pm

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join our clients growing team. You will be joining a market leading organisation dealing with both customers and internal and external teams.

Role:
* Liaise with customers via phone and email (50%/50% split)
* Contact customers daily with updates regarding their complaint, enquiries, ensuring resolutions are being achieved.
* Booking meetings with surveyors ensuring that times and dates are communicated to the customer and other internal/external parties.
* Support surveyors with arranging diaries, including meetings with customers and clients.
* Respond to all customer enquiries.
* Carry out daily calls with the Operations team to ensure all work is on target and ensure all updates are shared.
* Chase operations for updates on all customer complaints when needed.
