Customer Service Administrator
Location: HYBRID - 2 days in office 3 days from home
Canterbury
Hours: Monday- Friday 9am-5pm
My Exclusive client based in Canterbury is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to their well-developed team. You will be managing your own contracts once trained and be managing a range of enquires that come through phone and email.
Day to day of the Customer Service Administrator:
- Act as the first point of contact for the business ensuring you are presenting a welcoming aura and showing strong active listening skills to ensure you don't miss any key details.
- Overtime you will manage your own set of key account clients, ensuring you are acting as their account manager and their go to individual.
- Build strong relationships with external stakeholders of the business via telephone and email.
- Cover the reception area when needed, acting as the face of the company and welcoming clients into the business.
- Using internal systems to update records and log phone call notes, ensuring you are staying compliant re their regulations and legislations.
- Handling day to day administrative duties, filing paperwork and adding documentation to correct profiles on the systems.
- Handling confidential data day to day.
Requirements of the Customer Service Administrator:
- Experience of delivering first class customer service via phone and email.
- Strong administrative experience such as scheduling appointments etc.
- Can do attitude to finding solutions.
- Attention to detail.
- Bubbly personality.
