Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Customer Service Administrator to join their team.� Joining an established team, this role is a crucial in ensuring our clients�customers receive an� excellent service.



Key Responsibilities:





  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer enquiries.




  • Preparing accurate and detailed quotations.




  • Organising deliveries and collections efficiently.




  • Updating and maintaining the�internal CRM system.




  • Handling all customer enquiries with care and attention to detail.




  • Chasing up quotes and following through to completion.




  • Liaising with the operations team to ensure seamless service.





Experience required:





  • Strong communication and organisational skills.




  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems.




  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.




  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.




  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
