Customer Service Administrator

This worldwide manufacturing company is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their team to cover a 3 month temp role. Along with a great team to work with, they offer free parking and a location close to Bolton town centre.
What will you be doing as a Customer Service Administrator role:
Working as part of a busy team, you will be providing admin assistance to the companys customer service department. Duties will include:

• Inputting quotes and pricing information into the companys database
\n
• Working mainly via email but also assisting with phone based queries
\n
• Updating customer information and liaising with the customer service team to resolve customer disputes
\n
• Inputting quality issues and delivery non-conformities
\n
• Processing return details on the system
\n
• Liaising with external transport companies as needed
\n
• Assisting with customer services
\n
• The role will involve a mixture of email and telephone based communication
\n

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

\n

\n
• Experience in a similar administrator role with a good phone manner or other phone based customer service role
\n
• Experidnce in a business to business environment, possibly in a sales support or sales administrator role would be beneficial
\n
• Comfortable using general Word, Excel and Outlook
\n
• Accurate keyboard skills are essential
\n
• Able to commit to long term temp work
\n
