As a Customer Service Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the team, including updating policies and procedures

  • Managing project paperwork to ensure compliance and accuracy

  • Handling incoming phone calls and assisting with queries

  • Raising purchase orders and maintaining accurate records

  • Supporting the wider team across admin, customer service, and sales & marketing functions

We are looking to speak with people who have at least 1-2 years of office-based customer service experience, bringing a hardworking attitude and a strong work ethic. Being a great team player is essential, as is having a bubbly and chatty personality to fit into a friendly and professional team.
The role operates on a Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm schedule, primarily office-based, earning a salary at or around £27,000-£28,000 depending on experience.
