Description of the role:

  • Scheduling appointments via telephone, email and letter.
  • Dealing with customer complaints, escalating and directing via the appropriate channels.
  • Liaising with clients regarding works to be completed.
  • Reviewing reports and raising concerns to Contracts Manager.
  • Ensuring online portals are up to date with information and relevant documentation.

About you:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • IT literate having working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Experience of working within a fast paced environment and the ability to multi-task.
