We are recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join this thriving Sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication between clients, service and sales teams. This position requires a strong ability to manage data entry tasks, provide exceptional customer service, and manage your own time efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls/emails and respond to client enquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform data entry tasks such as order processing and logistical planning accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Liaise with transport team to ensure all legal/compliance paperwork is correct.
- Work with warehousing team for regular stock taking.
- Assist with tenders and client reports.
- Maintain a well-organised filing system for all service-related documentation.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy.
- Good level of knowledge of Microsoft Office - especially Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products or services effectively.
