What the customer services adviser job involves
You are the main point of contact for calls coming into the customer services team
Dealing with enquiries from customers over the phone and via email
Accurately updating customer details on the inhouse system, logging all information
Supporting customers to find resolutions to their enquiries
Speaking to new and existing customers on a daily basis over the telephone
Skills required
Customer Service experience from a customer focused environment
Experience of using different software / computer packages
Good at following processes and finding solutions to problems
Relationship building experience with existing customers
Other information
40 hours a week with 2.5 hours given back in lieu each week
20 days holiday plus bank holidays plus an additional 2 days given to be taken in lieu of Christmas
Carparking available at both the Scarborough and Bridlington offices
The option to work at either the Scarborough or the Bridlington office
Cycle to work scheme
Wellbeing App available to all staff with access to counselling if required
Quarterly bonus payable to all employees after completion of the probationary period
Annual salary review
