Our client, a well known Automotive company would like a Customer Service Administrator to join their team in Cosham, Portsmouth.
The right candidate will have previous customer service experience - ideally in the Automotive sector however this is not essential.
You must have ;
- Good Communication skills both over the phone and face to face
- Be able to manage busy, high pressured situations
- Good IT skills
- Have strong administration experience
Key tasks will include;
- Loading new claims onto the bodyshop management system - ensuring all information is correct.
- Make initial contact with customer in a confident manner
- Effectively communicate the correct information to each of our repair centres so they can process the claim
- Be a helpful, friendly point of contact
- Manage queries and seek information from the repair centre as required
- Handle correspondence properly.
- We need an individual that is going to ensure all of our customers and clients receive the highest level of customer support and service.
