Customer Service Advisor - Builders Merchant

Our client are a large and growing Builders Merchant providing building supplies to a mixture of local councils and housing associations.

Due to the continued growth and development within the business, our client are looking for someone to join their busy team managing large accounts for the depot.� They need someone who is from a Plumbers Merchant or Electrical Wholesaler background with excellent knowledge of plumbing supplies or electrical supplies.

This role is due to the increasing need of these products within the clients purchasing for projects they are undertaking.� The role is Monday-Friday only (No weekends).

This opportunity is perfect for someone who has exceptional customer service skills and who has worked for a Plumbers Merchants or Electrical Wholesale company.� Due to the large client contracts there is no need for business development or cold calling within this role.� It is purely a case of providing excellent levels of customer service to facilitate a smooth sales process for the clients and ensure client satisfaction is kept to the highest calibre.
